Breakfast lacked variety and replenishment.

Had an awesome time with my friends! We really enjoyed the huge indoor water park and the lap pool was perfect for a fun day. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff was helpful! Just a heads-up, be ready for a cash deposit at check-in.

One downside was our key card not working at first, which led to some unnecessary hassle while we were trying to head out. It took a bit too long to get it resolved.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially with the warm ambiance and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety that kept our family satisfied each morning. We enjoyed the water spa experience, as it provided a relaxing retreat after our busy days. However, the towels in the room showed signs of wear and could use replacement.

Our recent stay was a delightful escape! The water spa was a true highlight, offering an array of rejuvenating treatments. The service from the staff was exceptional. Breakfast at the Sky Garden was excellent but I would love to see more vegetarian options. We’ll be back for sure!

Breakfast had a good selection, perfect for my family. Our Junior Suite was spacious but had some outdated fixtures. The shower drain clogged, which required housekeeping assistance. The internet speed was frustratingly slow. they mentioned heavy traffic from guests caused this. Despite these issues, the location is convenient, and the buffet was enjoyable. I'd suggest a better spa policy for checked-in guests. Overall, a mixed but memorable experience.

Family with kids will love it

We had an unexpected upgrade to a spacious room with an AMAZING view! It made the kids so happy! The breakfast buffet was delicious too, with so many choices and a warm atmosphere, we felt at home right away.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

I had a lovely stay at Ace Hotel & Suites, enjoying the hydrotherapy spa experience . The breakfast spread amazed me with its variety, perfect for a family. While the noise from the air conditioning was noticeable, overall, the friendly atmosphere made my visit nice.

The Junior Suite was super nice and clean. My family enjoyed having plenty of space, and the kitchenette was a win! The bed was comfy, and the staff was really helpful whenever we needed something. We had a great time relaxing and playing karaoke. Honestly, no complaints about the room at all!

great food and super accessible to popular attractions

I had a fantastic time enjoying the delicious breakfast buffet with friends while taking in the lovely ambiance, especially the cozy fireplace. it felt just like being in America, and the convenient proximity to the Ace Water Spa made it easy to unwind after our city strolls.
