Ace Hotel And Suites - Pasig City

Breakfast lacked variety and replenishment.

The hotel's location was UNBEATABLE, really close to the city life, restaurant and the cafe. It also was near from several malls.

The staff were very annoying, didn't expect that coming.

the room we booked was big and airy, with a kitchen and 2 double bed + 1 extra bed, as example.

We really enjoyed the huge indoor water park and the lap pool was perfect for a fun day. Breakfast was great with plenty of options, and the staff was helpful! Just a heads-up, be ready for a cash deposit at check-in.

One downside was our key card not working at first, which led to some unnecessary hassle while we were trying to head out. It took a bit too long to get it resolved.

The stay was quite pleasant, especially with the warm ambiance and accommodating staff. The breakfast buffet had a wonderful variety that kept our family satisfied each morning. We enjoyed the water spa experience, as it provided a relaxing retreat after our busy days. The towels in the room showed signs of wear and could use replacement.

My children wanted better access to the pool without extra fees.

The water spa was a true highlight, offering an array of rejuvenating treatments. The service from the staff was really good. Breakfast at the Sky Garden was excellent but I would love to see more vegetarian options. We'll be back for sure!

The water spa really stands out. It's relaxing and refreshing. The variety of hydrotherapy options helped with my digestion. Staff were friendly. Breakfast had a good selection, perfect for my family. Our Junior Suite was spacious but had some outdated fixtures. The shower drain clogged, which required housekeeping assistance. The internet speed was annoyingly slow. They mentioned heavy traffic from guests caused this. Despite these issues, the location is convenient, and the buffet was enjoyable. I'd suggest a better spa policy for checked-in guests. A mixed but nice experience.

the only downside was the water spa's attire requirement, which was confusing! otherwise, the staff was super friendly and attentive! the complimentary towels and fruit platter were a nice touch! ! the breakfast buffet had a great variety of delicious options.

Family with kids will love it

We had an unexpected upgrade to a spacious room with an AMAZING view! It made the kids so happy! The breakfast buffet was delicious too, with so many choices and a warm atmosphere, we felt at home right away.

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but for what we got, it was acceptable.

Family-friendly pool area, but wifi was spotty .

The breakfast spread amazed me with its variety, perfect for a family. While the noise from the air conditioning was noticeable, overall, the friendly atmosphere was nice.

The Junior Suite was super nice and clean. My family enjoyed having plenty of space, and the kitchenette was a win! The bed was comfy, and the staff was really helpful whenever we needed something. We had a great time relaxing and playing karaoke. Honestly, no complaints about the room at all!

It felt just like being in America, and the convenient proximity to the Ace Water Spa made it easy to unwind after our city strolls.
